The Aeropress, created by the American Alan Adler in 2005, is the fruit of the work of a Stanford professor who invented a portable coffee maker, capable of making one of the best coffees in the world! This serial inventor, tired of not finding a coffee maker suitable for preparing coffee for a single person, began manufacturing the Aeropress, an accessible and quick method, while remaining in the spirit of slow coffee.
This patented technology produces silky, smooth coffee for a hot or cold drink... And yes, it’s also possible to make cold brew with the Aeropress!
