Meet the Producers

In 2009, a group of 35 coffee producers gathered to create an organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life for producer families in their region by providing quality services and unbiased mutual support.

Promoting the sustainability and self-management of small coffee growers, Cafés Finos de Corquín (CAFICO) partners with small producers and is dedicated to environmental protection, to offer a better life for their families.

In just over ten years of activity, the association has more than 120 members and is well-established in the community. CAFICO's work focuses on both producer productivity and coffee quality. It regularly provides training to producers on improving agricultural practices and works to implement social projects.

The latest was the restoration of a women's hospital in Corquín.
