These are the batches with the fewest defects, the highest quality beans and which scrupulously comply with the international standards of the Specialty Coffee Association, the leading authority in this field. It’s not complicated, at Caf\u00e9s du Monde we only offer organically grown coffees. All the plantations are certified Organic Farming according to European standards. What’s more, the vast majority of the plantations chosen use traditional methods and no chemical inputs. Growers prefer to use natural methods to protect their plants and get lower yields but better quality, rather than chemicals that are dangerous for them and their environment.<\/p>\n
